Music has always been very central in my life and work. As an editor, pacing is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle, and that is very much a part of the music that is used in each production.
As a lifelong musician, singing and playing has brought me so very much joy in my life and my work, that I am always on the lookout for another musical project.
Over the years I have been able to provide editing and design services for Hammond Productions as we worked on various products for Clearwater Seafoods.
I have been involved in a lot of documentary work over the years. Most of that work has been has been brought to me by Matues Productions. The owner , Catherine Martin, is of Mi’kMaq descent and is a very active storyteller using music, spoken word, live theatre as well as video & film to tell the stories of our indigenous people. She has given me many opportunities to be creative, and I thank her for it.
It has been my privilege to work with the NSNU. Their mandate is to present some of the most difficult issues facing modern nursing and seek solutions that will serve their nurses and patients alike.
Their creative team have a finger on the pulse of nursing in Nova Scotia.
